Mahogany Game Board

Mahogany Game Board

Game board. Found in Ohio. Early 20th century. Once again proving that it only took imagination and desire to make a game board from something found around the house, this colorful game is painted on 16" by 21" mahogany tray. A "capture and pursuit" type game based on Parcheesi has been created in 4 vibrant colors. The combination of shapes including triangles, rectangles, and ovals adds to its visual appeal. The depth of the tray gives it an extra dimension not often found in game boards. Condition is original and excellent.
